Tax & Import Duties
IMPORTANT: We only collect tax for Australian customers only.
We DO NOT collect tax or VAT for any other customers from other countries. It is customer's responsibility to pay your local tax and import duty.
How long will it takes?
when an order is placed we will dispatch as soon as possible, usually within 2 working days.
Processing and shipping time does not include weekends, and orders placed on Friday after 12pm EST, Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Do I need to be at home to receive the items?
If no one is home, Australia Post will either leave your box in a safe place, or leave a collecting card. Your item will then be available for collection from your nearby Australia Post retail or indicated in a collecting card.
What do I do if my order hasn't arrived?
Once the order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email from Radia Smart. If you have not received your parcel within 5 working days of dispatch in Australia, please check with your local Post Office as your parcel may be waiting for a signature before delivery.
If you have not received your parcel within 15 business days of dispatch outside Australia, please contact us.
What is your policy when items are RTS (return to sender?)
If for any reason we have made an error which has resulted in us not sending the parcel to the correct address and the parcel has been returned to us, we will immediately re-ship it to you at our cost to your correct address.
However, if you enter an incorrect or incomplete address (including not noting a company name where delivery is to a business address) or where you do not claim the parcel for more than 2 weeks from when the delivery driver leaves a card in your mailbox notifying you of their attempted delivery. We incur additional charges for the return shipment and then for shipment back out to your advised address, then we reserve the right to pass these additional charges that we incur onto you, as a condition of sending the parcel back to you.

PayPal is a quick, convenient and secure way of sending and receiving money online.
Getting started with PayPal is very quick and easy. When you select ‘Check out with PayPal’ button, it will take you to ‘Pay with PayPal’ page.
You have two options to pay:

Customer need to contact us as early as possible when want to cancel the order. If the order has been dispatched, we cannot process the cancellation request. Where a Gift is dispatched immediately upon receipt of the order, there will be no right to cancel the order. If the cancellations occur before we dispatched, we can provide full refund. Refunds and Exchanges Policy
We are happy to exchange the item if the item keep as original condition and unused. Customers are responsible for delivery charge and if any additional delivery cost occur to send the item, It is responsible of customer for any additional delivery charge.
Returns & Refunds
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 30 days money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods.
- Customers are responsible for return postage cost.
- Full Refund amount is back to customer when the returned product received.
- For goods to be returned or refunded they must be returned in the same condition as received.
- After 30 days of receiving the item, change of mind, refunds and exchanges will not be accepted.
- If we agree to give you refund, refund will be given within 5 working days after we received the returned product from customer and It need to be in original condition. Customer is responsible of postage cost to return the product to RADIA SMART.
To request a refund you should fill in the form in contact us page, setting out the reasons for your request, we will get back to you within 24 hours.
NOTE: This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken.All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Radia Smart will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
We DO NOT accept any refund or exchange or replacement on the product including faulty product after 30 days from the date of purchase, customer need to contact us within 30 days from the date of purchase for exchange product if it is faulty.
RADIA SMART shall take all reasonable steps to ensure the security of your personal information. We will not disclose your personal details to any other parties. Your account details will be only used by RADIA SMART for your ordering process. We don’t store your credit details. Your payment details are protected by PayPal Australia. It is easiest and secure way to pay.
